Q:I just wanted to say I love your fanart of HxH and it gives me such relief and joy to see it drawn like that. Its like a huge band-aid on my heart and your art is so beautiful and moving. You are wonderful now but I can't wait to see you in the future. You have gained a follower for life, my friend. : )
Aww man thank you, this is so touching! I’m just happy that the things I draw can make other people happy, I love drawing in general but the fact that sharing it can make others happy makes it a really special and even more fulfilling thing.
To celebrate the end of the anime I wanted to put together a set with a scene from each arc (or in chimera ant arc’s case a few since it’s so long). The anime was as good of an adaptation as anyone could ever ask for, it was a blessing that Madhouse was the one to do it. I’ve never seen such a high quality long-running shonen anime and it was amazing seeing how they translated the manga into animation.
It’s sad to see it end but don’t forget the manga is still ongoing! When it’s not on hiatus, anyway.
And I just wanna say thanks for all the support over the past almost two years, it’s been a lot of fun being in the HxH fandom and I appreciate all the kind words and enjoyment of my art so much! I still love HxH as much as the day I finished the manga and I’m nowhere near done drawing for it, I hope others will continue to love it and stick with it and that it’ll continue getting the appreciation it deserves!
Q:Hey there! One question, just for the sake of satisfying my curiosity.. how long does it approximately take you to draw/paint/finish one of your artworks? They are seriously amazing, I imagine it was a lot of time and hard work.
Aww, thank you! For things with complex environments it can take 15+ hours, but simpler things go fairly quickly. Just characters on flat colored backgrounds take maybe.. 2-4 hours, depending on how much I struggle?
Q:Do you have a online store where someone could purchase prints or other items with your amazing art on it? ;A; I would love to hang your art in my room or have on my bag.
Yeah, I’m gonna try it sometime! Kinda trying to figure out the process and find a good place to get things printed, but it’ll be sometime in the near future.
Q:can i use one of your drawings for a fanmix? I'll obviously give you the credits ^^
Sure, go for it, thanks for asking me!
A commission I took over on FA. I’ll open up my queue to tumblr soon too, I just don’t wanna get overwhelmed. I’m trying to test the waters on making a liveable income off of my art working from home, so I’ll be keeping them open indefinitely while I figure out if I can make this thing work or not. It’s been going well so far so we’ll see!
I was feeling nostalgic for drawing animals so I made an FA account, feel free to follow! I don’t know how active it’ll be since animals haven’t been my dominant focus for.. years… but I may take commissions and stuff in the future from there.
